When Should We Book?

We offer a 10% discount off of the original package price when paying in full at contract signing. Photo booth and portrait session add-ons are not eligible for this discount. 

Do you offer any discounts?

You know it! We have backup equipment including cameras and lenses. All of our cameras have two card slots - this means if one of the cards were to have a technical problem, your images would still be safe on the 2nd card. We also back up all of your images to multiple hard drives after we leave your event.

The turnaround for engagement photos is 2 weeks. Weddings will be delivered via online gallery within 10 weeks.

To reserve your date we require a 30% non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. We accept payments online or in person by cash, check, or any major credit card. 

Yes, we provide a print release so you can get your professional photos printed anywhere. You will have access to web sized files for social media sharing as well as high resolution images for printing!

What Payment Options Do You Offer?

We charge travel fees if the venue is 2+ hours outside of Cleveland, Ohio. We can talk more about those fees based on your location.

Do You Charge Travel Fees?

Typically you can expect to receive 75 images per hour of coverage.
