Once you’ve explored our site and thought, “This is the team for us,” fill out our contact form and we’ll set up a time to connect. We’re always happy to chat virtually or meet at our studio, Sixth City Studio in downtown Cleveland, if you’re local!
This initial consult helps us make sure we’re the right fit. We want to understand your personalities, what’s most important to you, and how we can best support you. While it’s not required, we always encourage a quick call or meet-up—it gives us a chance to answer your questions and ease any nerves before booking.

After you inquire we will send you our Pricing Guide. It’s more than just a list of numbers—it walks you through our style, how we work together, and answers to frequently asked questions. This is your chance to explore everything we offer and decide if it’s the right fit for your day.
From the Pricing Guide, you can view package options, review your contract, sign electronically, and submit your deposit—all in one place. We designed this process to be easy to understand and super convenient so you can book confidently and keep moving forward in the planning process.
After Booking
Once you’re officially booked, you’ll receive a welcome email from us that walks you through what to expect next. We’ll outline our communication process, share timelines for photo delivery, and let you know when to look out for questionnaires designed to help us get to know your day inside and out.
Vendor Recommendations
Need help picking your dream team? We’ve got you. Once you’re booked, we’ll send over a list of trusted vendors we’ve worked with and love—people who show up fully and care about your day as much as we do. Whether you’re searching for a planner, florist, or hair and makeup artist, we’ll point you in the right direction so you can feel confident in every choice.
Engagement Session Planning
Your engagement session is more than just a warm-up for the big day—it’s a chance for us to hang out, get to know each other, and help you feel completely at ease in front of the camera. This time together gives us a better sense of you as a couple, how you interact, and how we can bring that out naturally in your photos.
We’ll send over a short questionnaire so you can tell us a bit about your story, your style, and any ideas you have. Based on that, we can suggest locations that feel like a great fit—whether you’re drawn to nature, architecture, or something meaningful to the two of you. We also send outfit inspo to take the stress out of what to wear. Our biggest priority is making sure you feel confident and like yourselves.
If you’re dreaming of a session somewhere a little more adventurous, we also offer destination engagement sessions and are happy to help with planning and logistics to make it totally stress-free.
And honestly, don’t worry about feeling awkward—we’ll guide you through it all, keep things light and fun, and leave plenty of space for you two to just be yourselves. We promise you’ll walk away not just with gorgeous photos, but having had a genuinely good time together.

The Big Day
From the quiet getting ready moments to the wild dance floor shots, we’re there documenting the real, raw, and joyful. Here’s how we approach each part of the day:

- Family Photos: We work off a list you’ve already approved to keep things quick and organized so you can move on to the fun stuff.
- Couple & Wedding Party Portraits: This is where we get to be creative together. Expect a mix of guided poses, candid prompts, and just hanging out. We move efficiently so you’re not pulled away for too long.
- Reception: We take a documentary approach to the reception—capturing the laughs, tears, toasts, and dance floor chaos. But we’re also not afraid to step in and help—whether that means bustling your dress or letting you know how to cut the cake, just let us know how we can help.

Delivery & Beyond
We carefully edit each photo to create a gallery that tells the full story of your day. You’ll get engagement photos in about 2 weeks and your full wedding gallery in 10 weeks, per your contract.
Throughout it all, know this: we’re not just your photographers—we’re in this with you and we truly care. From brainstorming ideas to fixing veils and grabbing you a drink, we’re there to support you and celebrate right alongside you.
